Publication of Base Listing Particulars and Green Finance Framework

Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) (the “Company”) announces that it has published Base Listing Particulars dated 17 November 2020 (the “Base Listing Particulars”) in respect of the update to the Company’s £1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the “EMTN Programme”) on the Company’s website at www.tritaxbigbox.co.uk and the website of the Irish Stock Exchange at http://www.ise.ie. Moody’s Investors Service Limited has assigned a “Baa1” rating to the EMTN Programme. Under the EMTN Programme, the Company will be able to issue notes from time to time.

The Company’s Green Finance Framework (the “Framework”) dated 16 November 2020 and a second-party opinion on the Framework provided by Sustainalytics UK Limited have also been published on the Company’s website at www.tritaxbigbox.co.uk.
