London, 09 September 2025 — Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD), the development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT (TBBR), has today announced a key change to its senior leadership structure, as Jonathan Wallis is appointed Managing Director of TBBD. This strategic transition, developed as part of the company’s long-term growth plan, ensures strong continuity in leadership while positioning the business for its next phase of growth.

A highly respected and experienced member of TBBD’s Board and Head of the Northampton office, Jonathan Wallis has extensive industry expertise and a proven track record in delivering successful speculative and occupier-led logistics development schemes throughout the UK. In his new role as Managing Director, Jonathan will take responsibility for leading the day-to-day operations, building on strong foundations to enable the business’ continued delivery of premium logistics space across the UK.

After 3.5 years as Managing Director, Andrew Dickman will move into the role of Chairman of TBBD, remaining deeply engaged in key strategic projects, while focussing on strengthening client relationships, and leading on stakeholder engagement to champion the company and the wider industry. Working collaboratively with TBBR’s team and its Board of Directors, Jonathan and Andrew will inform the strategic direction of the TBBD business alongside fellow TBBD Directors and Board members, Tom Leeming and Will Oliver.

Andrew Dickman said: “I am proud of the thriving business we’ve built and have every confidence in Jonathan’s ability to take the business forward, particularly as he has played a key role in shaping TBBD’s culture, delivery model and strategy to date. My decision to step into the role of TBBD Chairman at this time reflects my passion for future-proofing the logistics sector. This move will enable me to continue to help deliver key strategic projects for clients while dedicating more time to championing the logistics sector and the vital role it plays in the health of the UK economy.”

Jonathan added: “I am honoured to lead TBBD into its next chapter of growth. Under Andrew’s leadership, we’ve established ourselves as a thriving business and a market leader in UK logistics. This planned transition ensures stability and continuity for our business, as we continue to deliver on our ambitions, creating sector-defining, future-ready logistics developments and long-term value for our stakeholders. I look to the future with confidence and excitement.”
