Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has announced the appointment of three property professionals to its team: Bernadette Owens, Will Riley and David Messenger.
Bernadette and Will have joined the company’s planning team as associate planning directors. Headed up by Jonathan Dawes, these new hires have increased its in-house capability to six planning specialists across two locations, Northampton and Manchester.
Bernadette brings a wealth of planning experience from both the public and private sectors including Tingdene Group, Cherwell District Council, Helix Management Solutions and South Northamptonshire Council.
Will has moved from David Lock Associates where he has worked for the last 12 years and has also spent time at Philips Planning Services Ltd, South Bedfordshire District Council and The Planning Inspectorate.
David has taken on the role of Associate Development Director and will be based in the Manchester office. David joins TBBD from CBRE where he spent almost four years. David worked on the development advisory team mainly working with private clients and local authorities.
