Extending to a total of 111 acres, Symmetry Park, Rugby has an outline planning permission to deliver up to 2 million sq ft of logistics floor space. Situated on the important M45/A45 strategic highway link, the site is located at the heart of the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’ network and is an established key distribution and manufacturing location. The site forms part of the wider South West Rugby Urban Extension which is due to provide up to 5,000 new homes.
Tritax Symmetry has already delivered c.1 million sq ft state of the art logistics space to Iron Mountain, following a pre-let in 2022.
