British Rower throws mental health Challenges into the Spotlight after completing solo Atlantic Crossing

Yorkshireman Tom Waddington has highlighted the extraordinary physical and mental strength he has needed to complete an equally-extraordinary 2,300-mile solo row across the North Atlantic Ocean – from Canada to the UK – to raise £50,000 for the mental health charity, Mind. A target he smashed by £10,000, raising a total of £60,000.
