This unit was developed in 2003 and extended in 2005, to accommodate Next’s expansion requirements.
This facilitiy's extension contains a fully automated stock picking system, installed at considerable expense to the tenant. Next have further committed to the location, having submitted planning for another 600,000 sq ft facility on an adjoining parcel of land that will link via a connecting bridge to our building.
